Government should appoint more practitioners -Sokoti a veteran actor

Abdul Rasak Adewale  popularly known as Sokoti is the National Director of Theatre Arts for Tampan  (Theatre Arts And Motion Pictures Producers Association  of Nigeria) even though he has been in the make believe profession for over four decades this versatile actor has not stop to dish out grade A performance this ebullient Oyo State born actor is canvassing for more actors to be included in the running of state and federal governance in Nigeria even as he applauded the appointment of Tunde Kelani as one of the censors’ board
“In as much as I appreciate the appointment of Tunde Kelani as censors board I will also be happy if federal and state government could appoint more practitioners these will enable us to contribute our quota not to only social and entertainment sector but other sectors also” disclosed Sokoti while speaking recently in Baba Latin’s location in Abeokuta, Ogun state where he featured prominently in the movie titled “Owo Agbara”
He further spoke about himself ” I have been in the industry for over 40 years and am still doing very well, many people do ask me what is the secret of my still be relevant in the industry, but I do tell them that discipline is my watchword. It takes discipline to be in the entertainment industry, that is what I do tell the upcoming ones whenever I am privileged to advise them. Money is not everything, though money is equally good but money should not be one priority. Discipline is what is making me wax stronger
